The Project needs drivers and sorters as well as hands to work in the local community gardens that have signed on to help. Food security is a fundamental pillar of community resilience. ADVICE TO GROW BY: For hundreds of years, agriculture has been a key part of Santa Barbara’s cultural and economic fabric. Inside, the building is spacious and well ventilated. Meals are picked up at the front door; there is no contact allowed between staff, volunteers, and people picking up meals. As part of a small group of appropriately spaced volunteers, you will help Trinity Gardens water, plant, harvest, weed, mulch, and otherwise maintain its community garden.
