I've read stories on other forums about people who have bought keys from them and then a few months later their games get deactivated, but people I know who have bought from cjs say they're fine. Basically whatever you buy and activate on Steam is yours - that means unless they can invalidate it with another point of the ToS - or per law - they can't remove a game because they feel like it.
