For too long, we progressives have seemed like part of the system. The fact I'm the third female Prime Minister, I never grew up believing my gender would stand in the way of doing anything I wanted. He is a terrorist. There are nice politicians. I have my partner, who will be a stay-at-home father. I believed in it before; I absolutely believe in it now. But I think the challenge for us will be, as with any government, your actions demonstrate your legacy.
