The characters add to this work tremendously!

Arthur Conan Doyle,

In each episode, Liz and Yomi take a question from someone struggling with a specific aspect of their career, covering: building and pushing your personal brand; getting valued at work; taking risks; dealing with unexpected changes; and building the relationships that will take you to the next level. I was completely pulled in to the story. Theodor Geisel said... Can business activity in itself be morally good and pleasing to God?

Michelle Obama, Narrated by: The role of Sita has been generally overlooked in the past.

The voice of the vanquished remains lost in silence.

Paulo Coelho,

The resources to address these challenges are there - what we lack are ideas that will help us jump the wall of disagreement and distrust that divides us.

I understood that, even as a child.

Now, in this life-changing audiobook, handcrafted by the author over a rigorous four-year period, you will discover the early-rising habit that has helped so many accomplish epic results while upgrading their happiness, helpfulness and feelings of aliveness.

Wayne Grudem (PhD, University of Cambridge; DD, Westminster Theological Seminary) is research professor of theology and biblical studies at Phoenix Seminary, having previously taught for 20 years at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.

I was completely pulled in to the story.

But world-renowned habits expert James Clear has discovered another way.

With unerring honesty and lively wit, she describes her triumphs and her disappointments, both public and private, telling her full story as she has lived it - in her own words and on her own terms.

Great little book for any Christian in business. I would highly recommend The Hope and The Glory to anyone even remotely interested in the modern history of Israel.

To his credit, Grudem argues that business, possessions, money, profit, competition, and all the rest are not evil or even morally neutral, but fundamentally good.

Denzil Smith, A Life-Changing Guide for Personal and Professional Greatness, Narrated by: A five part series exploring how the story of Western ideology may have unfolded differently in the 20th Century, based on the undelivered speeches of world leaders. You'll learn the six universal principles, how to use them to become a skilled persuader - and how to defend yourself against them.

₹199 per month after trial. Nana was the first miracle, the true miracle, and the glory of his birth cast a long shadow. Some don’t give a damn.

Grudem earned his undergraduate degree at Harvard University, as well as an MDiv from Westminster Seminary.

People think when you want to change your life, you need to think big.

However, Grudem's work would tend to fall more into economics than it would work/labor or even business. The amount of relationships between and among the four main families is a little unrealistic, the characterization of Bud Halliday is also unrealistic (a 1-star general/flag officer would normally not have that kind of access to the Secretary of Defense, "base commanders" are normally O-6 and not generals, etc.

I understand arguing that they are not fundamentally evil, but he stretches the scriptures at many points to try to suggest that the activities of business in a modern capitalist society are somehow God’s ultimate best for us.

This audio book doesn't just give you a narrator reading the stories that baseball players told Ritter. Couldn't put it down - a real epic from an epic author.

Wouk has great dramatic material to work with -- the history of Israel since 1948 -- and he does a wonderful job weaving historical characters and events with a fictional narrative.

In this bold and provocative audiobook, Yuval Noah Harari explores who we are, how we got here, and where we're going. This miraculous power will help you reach your destination, solve your problems, liberate you from mental and physical wallets, and lead you on the path of freedom, happiness and peace.

Graham's philosophy of "value investing" - which shields investors from substantial error and teaches them to develop long-term strategies - has made The Intelligent Investor the stock market Bible ever since its original publication in 1949.

Eknath Easwaran, Narrated by:

I wouldn't say it's the most entertaining book I've read, but I really enjoyed the Israeli history that was told in this book in an interesting way. This book is definitely the easiest and most gripping way to read the history of Israel in the 1960s and 1970s.

Excellent sequel to The Hope.

This book definitely helped me to better understand, accept, and respect the redemptive value of business itself and those Christians who are called to business. Paulo Coelho, Narrated by:

Where the first book had each war to further the story, much of this book had to rely on much out of the control of the characters which dragged it down. Immigration and inequality, globalisation and technological disruption, slowing growth and accelerating climate change - these are sources of great anxiety across the world. You can tell this is an essay expanded out into a short book instead of an idea that's germinated for years in someone that overflows into a wisdom-packed book.

Welcome back. In a world that expects subjective morals and situational ethics, this is a must read for any Christian running or involved in running their own business. He carefully presented how each of them was created not morally neutral. I believe that by doing this, you will know the wondrous power that will help you overcome the dilemma, sorrow, sadness and turmoil of failure.

For those already familiar with the Protestant work ethic there probably isn't anything in here that you are not already aware of. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." .

Kahneman exposes the extraordinary capabilities-and also the faults and biases-of fast thinking and reveals the pervasive influence of intuitive impressions on our thoughts and behaviour.

I appreciate the authors encouragement to intentionally seek to glorify God in everything we do, including all aspects of business.

It, like its predecessor, is well researched and documented.

He carefully presented how each of them was created not morally neutral, but good, and demonstrated how they could glorify God and bless humans. Sid Sagar, Written by:

Pradeep Kumar.

There are no discussion topics on this book yet.

But I was not convinced by his arguments that many of these activities are fundamentally good and ordained by God.

It was short but had a lot of impact. It read more like "Peyton Place".
