UNBELIEVABLY awesome chicken. This chicken I bought fresh, then stuck it in the freezer until it was rock hard, and cooked it about a week after purchasing it. This chicken is cooked in the pressure cooker and then put under the broiler for a few minutes to crisp the skin.
