Warmer Kiwi Homes for Homeowners (Owner-Occupiers):To be eligible for the Insulation grant you must: 1. be the homeowner (owner-occupier) and have a Community Services Card or SuperGold combo card, OR 2. own and be living in a home in an area identified as lower-income (New Zealand Deprivation Index decile 8, 9 or 10 area) AND 3. own a home built before 2008.
